Sundays
8:30a & 10:30a
Main Auditorium & Online
Cornerstone Church
3425 Turing Street
Ames, IA 50010
Teaching that’s biblical and clear.
We walk through the Bible verse-by-verse.
Music that’s joyful and real.
Modern worship that keeps the focus on Christ.
People who mean it.
Community that feels genuine, not polished.
Kids who love church.
Cornerstone Kids is designed to be safe, fun, and full of gospel truth.
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the service begins. This gives you time to find a parking spot, check in kids if needed, and get settled.
Whether you’re driving in from 566th or Turing, our parking lot is pretty straightforward! Traffic can get a little backed up right before services, so come early to make finding a spot easy. Our parking team will point you in the right direction!
Cornerstone Kids offers safe, fun, and gospel-centered programming for infants through 5th grade* during both services. When you arrive, stop by the Kids Check-In Desk (on your left when you walk in)—our team will help you get settled and walk you to your child’s classroom.
Kids will be taught from the Bible in creative, age-appropriate ways (and they’ll probably beg you to come back next week).
*Students 6th grade and above are encouraged to attend service with their accompanying adult(s). Our Youth Ministry meets on Wednesday nights.
We believe the Bible is true, Jesus saves, and following Him changes everything.
Cornerstone is a gospel-centered church built on the conviction that Scripture should be taught clearly and lived out boldly. We’re also part of The Salt Network, a family of churches near major universities sharing one mission: to help people know and follow Jesus.
Of course! Stop by our cafe area before the service: behind the stairs in the main foyer.
You’re not alone—every week, we meet people at Cornerstone who are brand new to church or haven’t been in years. Here’s the deal: we keep the main thing the main thing.
We’ll sing some songs together, open the Bible, and hear a message that connects God’s truth to real life. Feel free to bring a Bible with you, but if you don’t have one, that’s okay—we’d love to gift you one!
Dress casual or business casual. You don’t need to impress anyone. Just come as you are, and we’ll be ready to welcome you this Sunday.
To learn more about our ministries and resources, or just meet a friendly face, head over to the Info Central desk in the middle of the foyer under the stairs. If you’d like to chat with someone before Sunday, give our office a call or text at (515) 232-5488.
We take Jesus wildly seriously (and ourselves a lot less seriously). We gather every Sunday and as groups throughout the week to open the Bible, worship together, and see what living God’s way really looks like.
You’ll find real people here. We’re a church of college students, young families, professionals, and longtime locals—all committed to figuring out faith together.
We teach straight from the Bible, sing loud, laugh often, and talk about the things that matter (even the hard stuff).
God’s doing a lot around here—and we’d love for you to be part of it. The Cornerstone Newsletter is the go-to place to find out what’s coming up, hear stories of life change, and learn more about ways to get connected.
