In his letter to the Galatians, the apostle Paul wrote to a group of believers who had lost sight of the true gospel – the good news of freedom in Christ. This church that had once embraced the gospel message now believed that justification could be achieved by observing the law. Paul’s message to the Galatians was simple and forceful: justification is achieved by faith in Jesus Christ alone.

Pastor Tim Keller calls the letter to the Galatians “an explosion of joy and freedom which leaves us enjoying a deep significance, security and satisfaction.” In this series, it is our prayer that hearts will reawaken to the gospel message, and that our church would be marked by joy, freedom and unity in Jesus Christ.
