The Three Cs...

Reducing the mission of God's church down to three words seems an impossible task. God has great vision and specific instruction for His church. Our goal as a church family is to line up everything we do and say under Him.

"And [Christ] is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy." -Colossians 1:18 (NIV)

We bow before the full counsel of His Word. The three Cs is our attempt to crystalize the foundational pillars—the nonnegotiables—that Cornerstone Church must embrace and build upon.

Celebrate
Every weekend Cornerstone Church welcomes hundreds of Christ followers into a celebration of the one, true God. Our weekend celebrations are not incidental; they are central to who we are.

"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy." -1 Peter 2:9-10 (NIV)

We are passionate about celebrating our God. Our celebrations include captivating music and messages from the Bible that pull us together and direct us to Christ. READ MORE ABOUT OUR WEEKLY GATHERINGS.

Connect
Church doesn't "happen" just on the weekend. Cornerstone continues to find expression in neighborhoods and living rooms all over this region. We seek to connect people to Christ in personal, authentic faith and then connect people to one another. In these communities of Christ followers we find mutual encouragement, hope and help in our journey of faith. It is in these connection groups that we most fully experience "church" as Christ intended.

"The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ." -1Corinthians 12:12 (NIV)

The church is the place where God connects His people together into a family. Every neighborhood in our region has a gathering place for you. GET CONNECTED WITH OTHERS.

Contribute
We have been given everything we need for life and godliness in Jesus Christ. We are grateful recipients of God's lavish riches. He calls us to follow His lead by giving to others. Grace gifts such as hospitality, generosity and sevice are the hallmarks of the Christian life.

"And now, brothers, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches. Out of the most severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity. For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own, they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the saints. And they did not do as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and then to us in keeping with God's will. So we urged Titus, since he had earlier made a beginning, to bring also to completion this act of grace on your part. But just as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us—see that you also excel in this grace of giving." -2 Corinthians 8:1-7 (NIV)

We welcome the lost to know Christ, without cost and without obligation. And we compel the redeemed to offer and yield their lives full to Christ as a spiritual act of worship.
